PM is the core component of the power electronic controller. As shown in the figure below, the green circle part is called a Switch; the blue circle part is called a B2 power module or a half bridge; the red circle part is called a B6-Bridge power module or a Full bridge; in order to ensure the reliability of the switch, performance and life testing must be tested and verified at the PM level.
